Lost Without A Map

OK, went to a party today, it was only 3 hours but it felt longer...yes, I think it was lame, especially the first 2 and a half hours...I only had a couple of friends that actually went, one of which ignored me for pretty much the whole time(gee, thanks!) but anyway, it was a small room in which about 30ish people had to fit into, the music(of which was not to my taste) was being played so loudly my left ear buzzed uncomfortably most of the time (it does that with loud noises, yeah, I should probably get that checked out lol) and you couldn't hear a word anyone said.
We were forced to be inside and encouraged to dance in the tiny amount of space that there was, I felt completely lost and out of place in that room...and I'm so incapable of mingling with people don't know, so it was like hell. We were eventually allowed outside for the 2nd half, so it was less painful to my ears. It didn't get better until I joined J socialising with some new people, and then S joined in too, and was hilariously funny for a while(I had to hold my face in fear of my cheeks ripping apart), but still, the party was a disappointment...it was more of a girls party anyway. I now realise why intimate parties are better.

Sorry for ranting on about a party, after all, it could've been worse and there were many others who probably liked it a lot more than me!

Pfft. Today's experiences reminded me of how socially retarded I am. >.<
I just hope I don't go all shy and confused when we get back to school next week....ARGH ONLY A WEEK LEFT.
